Information About Your Order

Order Status

Orders received by noon GMT are processed within 1-4 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). Shipping will take 6-14 business days depending upon the destination. Business days are calculated starting the day following your confirmed order receipt.

Once your order has been successfully uploaded, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will provide you with your order number. If you do not receive this order confirmation e-mail, please check the following:

 
Check to make sure that your spam filters have not blocked e-mails from customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com from entering your mailbox. Order confirmation e-mails may be blocked by e-mail spam filters.
 
Check to make sure that the e-mail address that you used to create an account is spelled correctly. If it was not and your order was uploaded successfully, our order confirmation e-mail was sent to the misspelled e-mail address.
 
To see if you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, click on Purchase in your software to get to the Sign-In page. If you enter in your e-mail address and password and the "Invalid E-mail Address Entered" message comes up, send an e-mail to customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com and we will give you the e-mail address that you used to create an account so that you can correct it.
 
To correct the e-mail address that you used to create an account, click on Purchase, enter the misspelled e-mail address and your password, and then click on the Has your e-mail address changed? link. After you change your e-mail address, click on the red Next button.
 
If you still do not receive the order confirmation e-mail within 3 hours, please contact customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com for confirmation of order receipt.

 

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail within the estimated processing time, please check your e-mail spam filter, or your order is still being processed.

 

Credit Card Authorization

When placing an order with MyPublisher, MyPublisher requests an authorization for the purchase from your credit card company. No charges are processed to your card until your order ships. Ordering in the shopping cart results in the authorization approval process completing each time you attempt to order. For instance, if you attempt three times to place an order, three authorizations will appear on your card. These authorization approvals, or holds, will drop off of your card typically within three business days. Unfortunately, MyPublisher is not able to remove these authorizations from your credit card.

 

Changing, Cancelling or Editing an Order

All of MyPublisher ordering and manufacturing processes are fully automated. As soon as your order is uploaded, MyPublisher automatically begins processing the order by printing the pages you have created and passing the printed pages to our bindery.

The option to cancel your order must be selected on the Order Confirmation screen in BookMaker or on your Order Confirmation e-mail within one hour after placing your order. We are not able to cancel your order by any other means. If you did not select this option within the one-hour window, your order will be shipped and charged to your credit card.

My Publisher is not able to change or edit the content of your book file.

 

Ordering Copies of a Book You Have Received

If you are interested in printing additional copies of a book that you've already received, you will need to re-upload your book through the MyPublisher shopping cart. Select the book you would like to reorder, preview it to make sure it is the one you want and it appears exactly how you want it. Then click Purchase and go through the ordering process to select the type of book and cover options you would like for the new copy.
