An account must be created to order books using BookMaker™. All information is kept confidential and secure. Only you have access to your account information to make changes.

 

Creating an Account

To create an account, follow the instructions below:
 
Click on Purchase in BookMaker
 
Enter your e-mail address
 
Select "No, I am a new customer"
 
Click on the red Next button in the lower right-hand corner
 
Complete all of the information on the Create/Edit Your Account page
 
Check the box if you would like to receive information from MyPublisher about new products and promotions
 
Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions (required)
 
Click on Next to fill out your billing information. It is not a requirement for you to enter and save credit card information in your account information set up.

 

After you have created an account, you will receive an e-mail from customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com confirming that you have done so.

NOTE: If you have not received an e-mail, either (1) your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly or (2) there is a spam filter function in your e-mail service that is preventing e-mails from being delivered.

If your account was created under a misspelled e-mail address, create a new account with the correct e-mail address. If you have spam filters in your e-mail, check your spam folders to see if your account confirmation e-mail was delivered in there. If it wasn't, make sure that you allow e-mails from customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com to be delivered to your e-mail (place this e-mail address on your valid senders list).

Your account now exists in your BookMaker software even if you do not place an order.

 

Logging into Your Account

The following steps will enable you to log into your account:
 
Click on Purchase in BookMaker
 
Enter your e-mail address
 
Click "Yes, I have a password"
 
Enter your password
 

Click on the red Next button on the lower right-hand corner

 

 

Forget Your Password?

Should you forget your password, follow these steps:
 
Click on Purchase in BookMaker
 
Click on "Forgot Your Password? Click Here"
 
Enter your e-mail address
 
Click the red Next button on the lower right-hand corner. A new password will be e-mailed to you.

 

 

Editing Your Account

If you need to change any of the information in your account:
 
Click on Purchase in BookMaker
 
Enter your e-mail address
 
Enter your password
 
Click on "Has your e-mail address changed since your last order?" Here you can change your name, e-mail address or password.
 
Click on Next to accept the changes and to advance to the Billing portion of your account. Here you can change your Billing Information, including billing name, address, and credit card information.
 

Click on Next to accept the changes and enter the shopping cart. If you are not ready to place your order, click cancel.
