The book prices listed below are for a basic 20-page*
MyPublisher book (not including
shipping costs).

To see the book price before you enter the Purchasing section, click on BookShop in the top menu bar of the software, and select Price Check. The software will give you the prices of all three types of books (excluding shipping).
Please Note: All shipping times are in addition to processing time of 1-4 days.

PhotoBooks are not subject to VAT and MyPublisher does not collect VAT on Photobooks. Any additional taxes, duties or other custom fees depending upon the destination of the shipment are the customers' responsibility. MyPublisher does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipments to New York State are subject to sales tax.
Our ordering, manufacturing and shipping processes are fully automated to produce and ship each unique order. Given our automated processes, we are unable to consolidate or hold orders for subsequent orders to be shipped together. If you place multiple orders on the same day, they may ship on different days.
If you want to order your book in various book sizes, cover styles, cover colours, or materials, you will need to place a separate order for each different book option.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. In order to ship the books to different addresses, you need to place a separate order for each one.
A shipping confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as your order ships. This e-mail will include a tracking number for items shipped via 2nd Day FedEx to Europe.
Shipments via FedEx Ground to Europe are not assigned a tracking number and are routed to the destination's local mail service for delivery. These shipments cannot be tracked. Please allow 6 to 14 days for delivery.
Fedex shipments to U.S. and Canadian destinations will have a tracking number.

NOTE: Shipping confirmation e-mails are often blocked by spam e-mail filters. Please make sure that your settings allow e-mails from customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com to come in through your e-mail.
MyPublisher does not offer volume discounts because each book is custom made. There are no savings in the production of multiple book orders.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your book then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us (customerserviceeu@mypublisher.com) and we will correct the error or refund your purchase as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of PhotoBooks before a refund will be issued.
